We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Lekkerstock platform • Process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations and license certificates • Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts • Respond to your comments and questions • Monitor and analyse trends, usage, and activity on our platform • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: • Service providers — Supabase (database), Mux (video), Paystack (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting) who assist in operating our platform • Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lekkerstock, our users, or others • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, with data centres in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you upload content as a contributor, you retain copyright ownership of your original work. By uploading, you grant Lekkerstock a licence to display, distribute, and license your content to buyers through our platform in accordance with our contributor agreement. Content you upload will be publicly visible on the marketplace after approval. Your contributor name and profile information may be displayed alongside your content.
